We want you to love your Pokémon TCG apparel and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and holographic stickers are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
